Description

TENS (transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation) delivers low-voltage pulses from electrodes to the skin, stimulating nerves to block pain signals to the brain. The IReliev device increases natural endorphins, which are natural pain inhibitors. NMES (neuromuscular electrical stimulation) stimulates muscle contraction using electrical impulses. The IReliev device increases muscle endurance, accelerates recovery after strength training, and serves as a rehabilitation tool for injuries.
